Loonie Gold Casino Terms & Conditions

Loonie Gold Casino CA

These Loonie Gold Casino Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using looniegoldcasino-ca.ca and all related services. They form a binding agreement between Loonie Gold and every player. The terms explain how accounts are created and verified, how deposits, withdrawals and bonuses work, and what both the player and the casino are responsible for. Like any online casino terms & conditions, they are there to protect both sides, and reading them carefully helps avoid misunderstandings, especially around wagering and withdrawals. By registering, logging in or playing, a player confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms, together with the Bonus Terms and other published policies. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the website immediately.

General Information

The website looniegoldcasino-ca.ca is owned and operated by 3-102-949677 SRL, trading as NEMO LIMITADA. The company is incorporated in the Republic of Costa Rica, with its registered address at the East Side of the Municipality of Garabito, Sanchez Chavarria Law Firm, Jaco, Puntarenas 61101, Costa Rica.

The website is licensed by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. under the authority of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence number ALSI-202601006-FI1. The primary operating currency is the Canadian dollar. The English version of these terms prevails over any translation.

For clarity, the following terms are used throughout these Loonie Gold Casino rules:

  • "Company", "we" or "us" means 3-102-949677 SRL, the operator of the website.
  • "Player" or "you" means any person who registers or uses the service.
  • "Account" means the personal account opened in the Player's name to access games and payments.
  • "Service" means the website, the installable web app and all games, sports betting and features offered through them.
  • "Bonus" means any promotional funds, free spins or rewards credited to an Account under the Bonus Terms.
  • "Real Balance" and "Bonus Balance" mean the withdrawable funds and the promotional funds held separately in an Account.
  • "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which the Service may not be used.

Eligibility & Registration

To use the Service, a Player must have reached the legal gambling age in their place of residence. In Canada, that means 19 or older in most provinces and territories, and 18 or older in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Players must also have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, use only payment methods registered in their own name and understand that gambling carries financial risk.

The Service is intended for customers located in Canada. The website also does not accept players from a list of restricted countries and territories, including the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Australia, Poland, Russia, Belarus, Curaçao and Comoros, among others. The full list is published on the website. Each Player remains responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal where they are.

Using a VPN, proxy server or any tool that hides a Player's real location is prohibited. If the Company finds that a Player has accessed the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction or disguised their location, it may close the Account, void bets and winnings and cancel pending withdrawals.

Only one Account per person is allowed. Registration details must be accurate, complete and kept up to date, and the Company may refuse a registration without giving a reason. Accounts that share an IP address, device, payment method or household may be treated as linked.

The Company may request identity verification (KYC) at any time and always before a withdrawal. Verification can include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, payment method verification, a selfie and a verification call. Canadian players may be asked for documents issued in Canada. Until checks are complete, gameplay, deposits or withdrawals may be restricted.

Account Rules

Players must provide truthful, accurate information when registering and update it if anything changes, such as a new address or phone number. False or misleading details, including documents that do not match the name on the Account, can lead to suspended withdrawals and closure of the Account.

Keeping login credentials secure is the Player's responsibility. Passwords should be strong, unique and never shared with anyone. All activity carried out through an Account is treated as authorized by the Account holder. If a Player suspects that someone else has accessed their Account, they must inform Customer Support immediately. The Company may temporarily suspend the Account while it investigates.

The Account is not a bank account, and funds held in it do not earn interest. Players may not transfer, sell or share their Account, and they may not use it on behalf of another person.

The Company may temporarily suspend an Account in cases of suspected fraud, irregular gameplay patterns, identity verification issues or suspected compromise. Such investigations may take up to ten days. The Company may use behavioural, technical and transactional analysis to identify related accounts and detect abuse. If serious violations are confirmed, the Account may be closed permanently, as described in the section on Account Closure & Termination.

Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months may be classed as dormant and may be subject to administrative fees.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Players may fund their Account using the payment methods shown in the cashier, which currently include Interac and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and USDC. Balances may also be held in USD or EUR where supported. Deposits must come from payment methods owned by the Player, and funds from illegal activity must never be deposited. Chargebacks or payment reversals after a deposit are not allowed and may lead to suspension and recovery action.

Standard withdrawal limits are C$1,500 per day, C$4,500 per week and C$12,000 per month. The Company may adjust these limits based on risk assessment, verification status or regulatory requirements, and higher limits are available from loyalty Level 9. Withdrawals may only be paid to a method previously used for deposits or to another verified payment instrument belonging to the Player.

After successful verification, withdrawals are processed within up to seven days. Deposited funds may need to be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal is allowed. In cases of suspicious activity or unusually large wins, withdrawals may be suspended for up to seven days while the Company investigates. If a Player's balance exceeds ten times their total deposits, withdrawals may be limited to C$2,500 per month until the balance has been paid out. Withdrawals may also be held if personal details or payment information do not match the Player's identity.

Secure casino payments rely on specialist partners, so transactions are handled by third-party payment providers, and the Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors or blockchain congestion. Network fees, processing fees or currency conversion adjustments may apply depending on the method. Crypto exchange rates are taken from CoinMarketCap and updated about every 15 minutes, so the value at withdrawal may differ from the value at deposit.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are governed by the Loonie Gold Bonus Terms published on the website. If these terms and the Bonus Terms differ, the Bonus Terms prevail.

The welcome package covers a Player's first four deposits. The current offer consists of a 100% match up to C$500 plus 50 free spins on the first deposit, a 100% match up to C$500 plus 75 free spins on the second, a 150% match up to C$500 plus 75 free spins on the third, and a 200% match up to C$500 plus 100 free spins on the fourth. Each stage requires a minimum deposit of C$50 and must be selected in the cashier before depositing; it cannot be added retroactively.

Welcome bonus funds must be wagered 30 times the bonus amount, and free spin winnings must be wagered 5 times. Other promotions carry their own requirements, stated in the Bonus Terms. Only fully settled bets count, real funds are used before bonus funds, and winnings made while wagering are credited to the Bonus Balance until the requirement is met.

Bonus wagering is allowed only on games listed in the Bonus Wagering category, except for free spins, which are valid on the named slot only. The Company may exclude games or apply reduced contribution rates. The maximum bet while wagering is C$7.50, and this limit applies to base bets, double-up bets, purchased bonus features and bonus rounds.

Welcome bonuses expire five days after activation if wagering is not completed, and welcome free spins must be used within 24 hours of being credited. Other expiry periods are listed for each offer. Unfinished bonuses and related winnings are forfeited when they expire or are cancelled.

Bonus offers are limited to one individual, address, email, phone number, IP address, device and payment method. Bonus abuse includes creating multiple accounts, delaying game rounds, exploiting software errors, using low-risk or hedging strategies, switching games to exploit bonus mechanics and colluding with other players. In such cases, the Company may void bonuses, confiscate winnings and close the Account. The Company may change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

Fair Play & Responsible Gaming

To remain a fair gaming platform and a trusted online casino, Loonie Gold operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and cheating. Prohibited conduct includes collusion between players, use of stolen or third-party payment methods, money laundering, submitting false documents, arbitrage or opposite betting, and any risk-free betting strategy. Using bots, scripts, automation tools or artificial intelligence to play is strictly forbidden. When fraud is suspected, the Company may suspend or close the Account, cancel withdrawals, void winnings and report the activity to payment providers or the relevant authorities.

As a safe casino brand, Loonie Gold treats gambling as entertainment, never a way to earn income. Players can request deposit limits, loss limits, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion by contacting Customer Support. Tighter limits take effect immediately, while requests to relax them apply after 24 hours. Self-exclusion blocks access to the Account and removes the Player from marketing communications. Players concerned about their gambling can also contact the Responsible Gambling Council or their provincial support service for confidential help.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Every Player must confirm their date of birth at registration, and age is checked during verification. Accounts found to belong to underage persons will be closed. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device passwords and filtering software to keep minors away from gambling websites.

Technical Use of Website

The Service is available through modern desktop and mobile browsers and can also be installed as a progressive web app on compatible Android and iOS devices. Players are responsible for using an up-to-date browser, a stable internet connection and a secure device. Live dealer games may need a stronger connection than slots.

The Company works to keep the website available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, provider outages or events outside the Company's control may cause temporary downtime.

If a system error, software bug or game malfunction occurs, affected bets, winnings, bonuses or balances may be declared void, and the Company may cancel, adjust or reverse affected transactions. Funds credited by mistake remain the property of the Company and may be removed. Players must report errors immediately, and deliberately exploiting a malfunction is treated as abuse. Where a game provider's rules differ from these terms, the provider's rules prevail. In any dispute, the Company's server records are the final and authoritative source.

Privacy & Data Protection

To provide the Service, the Company collects personal information such as name, date of birth, nationality, contact details, payment information, identity documents, device data and gameplay history. This information is used to create and verify Accounts, process payments, prevent fraud and money laundering, apply responsible gaming measures and, where permitted, send promotional offers.

Players agree that the Company may contact them by email, SMS, push notification, in-app message or other available channels for account, transactional, legal and responsible gaming purposes. Marketing messages are sent in line with the Player's preferences and applicable law, and Players can opt out through unsubscribe links, device settings or Customer Support. Opting out of one channel may not stop marketing through other channels.

All data sent between the Player and the website travels over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection, and access to personal information is restricted to authorized staff. KYC documents and transaction records are kept for at least five years after the business relationship ends, as required under the Company's AML policy. Personal information is not sold to third parties.

The Company handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws, and respects GDPR rights for any player located in the European Economic Area. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Account Closure & Termination

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Before closure, any remaining real balance can be withdrawn, subject to the usual verification and withdrawal rules. Active bonuses and bonus winnings are forfeited when an Account is closed. Players who want to close their Account because of gambling concerns should ask for self-exclusion rather than a standard closure, so that the protection is properly recorded.

The Company may suspend an Account while it investigates fraud, irregular play, identity issues or suspected compromise, or when a Player does not meet eligibility or verification requirements.

The Company may permanently close an Account if serious breaches are confirmed. These include bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or collusion, manipulating game mechanics or system errors, using stolen or third-party payment methods, money laundering, creating multiple accounts, submitting fraudulent documents and opening a new Account after a ban. In such cases, bets and winnings may be voided, withdrawals cancelled and the Player permanently excluded from the Service. The Company reserves the right to refuse any future registration from an excluded person. Where an Account is closed for a breach, the Company may retain related records for as long as required under its AML obligations.

Dispute Resolution

Players who are unhappy with any aspect of the Service should first contact Customer Support through 24/7 live chat or by email at support@looniegoldcasino-ca.ca. The complaint should include the Account email, the date and time of the event and a clear description of the issue, together with any supporting screenshots. The casino team and support staff will make reasonable efforts to resolve every complaint promptly and will keep the Player informed about progress.

If a dispute cannot be settled internally, the Player may submit a complaint to Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., the authority that issued the Company's licence. The licensing authority acts as the independent third party for complaints that remain unresolved after the internal process has been completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and disputes are subject to that jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes any rights a Player has under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their province.

Changes to Terms

The Company may amend, update or replace these terms at any time, for example to reflect new products, payment methods, promotions or regulatory requirements. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

When changes are significant, the Company will aim to notify Players in advance through an on-site notice, an account message or an email to the registered address. Players are still encouraged to review these Casino Terms Loonie Gold regularly, as it is their responsibility to stay informed.

Continued use of the Service after changes are published means the Player accepts the updated terms. Players who do not agree with a change should stop using the Service and may close their Account as described above, after withdrawing any available real balance. Questions about a specific update can be sent to Customer Support at any time.
